The large diameter of the main roller bearing enables us to fit a much longer basket, compared to other screening buckets on the market. The bigger screening area gives significant increase in performance and ensures high quality output.

Our bucket screeners are available in two sizes, for carriers between 18 to 38 tons. High resistant steel construction ensures long lifetime in harsh working environment.

This enables customers to choose whether they are installed on excavators or loaders according to the best utilization plan of sieve bucket.
Through the soil wheel axle, the MM crushing screen can sift out different materials, including surface soil, sand and the parts below.

The Primary Function of CATSU excavator bucket is the removal of rock and debris without the soil. Other applications include the sorting rocks of a specific size from piles. Our excavator buckets are designed to attack all varieties of applications from demolition to standard stock piles. The skeletal design is set to cater for smaller as well as larger objects to meet your needs.

Material:We adopted qualified Q355B steel from top 3 Chinese steel maker. Q355B is the most common used material in the industrial, same as European S355JR, American A57.etc.
Moreover, we also offer options using high strength material such as:NM400, Hardox500 and HG785D.
All steels are adopted from CSG, top 3 steel maker in China.
