CATSU Tiltrotator Installation process introduction

Today we will show you the installation manul

First is the PIN instal.



Put the CATSU Tiltrotator PIN in and add a gasket,

Knock the pin in until installation is complete.

Install the screws and lock them tightly.

Install the oil pipe and lock the valve.
After locking, open the throttle.

Install the wires and secure the locking buckle.

The front part of the video shows the CATSU T09 Tiltrotator directly installed on the Komatsu excavator.

The latter part of the video shows the CATSU T04 Tiltrotator a 4 ton weight Tilt Rotator link converter to the CATSU Quick Hitch, which is linked to the Komatsu excavator and shows the complete effect after installation.

Installing a CATSU joystick on an excavator involves several steps. Here are basic instructions, but remember that the exact process may vary depending on the model of your excavator and joystick.

- CATSU Joystick
- Screwdriver
- Wrench set
- Wire cutter
- Manual of the excavator

Steps:

1. Safety First: Before you start, make sure the excavator is turned off and the keys are removed from the ignition to prevent accidental starting.

2. Access the Joystick Area: Open the panel or cover that houses the joystick. This usually involves unscrewing a few bolts.

3. Remove the Old Joystick: If there's an old joystick installed, you'll need to disconnect it first. Take a photo of the wiring setup before you disconnect anything, this can be helpful when installing the new joystick. Use your wrench and screwdriver to detach the joystick and carefully remove it.

4. Prepare the New Joystick: Unpack your CATSU joystick and make sure you have all necessary parts.

5. Connect the Wires: Refer to the excavator's manual and the joystick's manual to know which wires to connect. If you took a photo earlier, it could be helpful now. Make sure all connections are secure.

6. Install the Joystick: Once all the wires are connected, place the joystick in the correct position and secure it using the provided screws or bolts.

7. Test the Joystick: After everything is installed, turn on the excavator and test the joystick to make sure all controls are working properly.

8. Close the Joystick Area: Once you're sure everything is working properly, replace the panel or cover you removed earlier.
