International Forum on Energy Transition 2023

From September 5 to 7, 2023, the "2023 International Energy Transformation Forum", co-sponsored by the National Energy Administration of China (NEA), the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province, was held in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. As an important part of the opening ceremony of the Forum, the launch of the International Energy Transformation Alliance (IETA) initiative aims to strengthen international energy cooperation and implement the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

The "2023 International Energy Transformation Forum" is an important event clearly proposed to be held in the outcome list of the Global Development Dialogue to be held during the 14th BRICS Leaders' Meeting in 2022, with the theme of "Cooperation for Energy Transformation, Building and Sharing a Green Future", focusing on the theme of "Cooperation for Energy Transformation, Building and Sharing a Green Future".
